There are four units with each having 2 bedrooms and one bath. Each unit has the same size layouts. All units have outside front fenced areas. All units have tile flooring and have a stove and refrigerator. In addition, each unit has a Roof mounted A/C. All units have individual electrical meters and the tenants pay the electric. The landlord pays for water and trash. Tenants are on month to month leases.
